Carole is a trusted brand marketing and design leader with over 15 years of agency and brand experience in the luxury sector. She started her career in marketing at LVMH and L’Oréal before moving to the United States as a Marketing Director for Estée Lauder.

Carole then transitioned to agency management, opening the US office of Hopscotch Groupe and developing captivating campaigns for Cartier, Chloé, or Carolina Herrera Fragrances, among others. She then took on the role of Managing Director for design agency Numero 11, where she showcased her ability to navigate the intricacies of high-stakes projects for accounts including Lancôme and Nespresso.

Carole is well-versed in the brand identity and content ecosystem - she advises on integrated brand marketing, strategy, visual design &  innovation, and digital content creation. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, she provides guidance on elevating brands and orchestrating transformative experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Sarah is the ultimate fashion PR girl, New York City edition.

She spent the formative years of her career with global agency Hill+Knowlton (WPP) before taking on leadership and freelancing positions at Hopscotch Groupe and KCD.

Most recently, Sarah was Vice President, Communications at fashion production company North Six.

Sarah has amassed an impressive body of award-winning work consulting for luxury brands on launch strategies, media relations, global influencer campaigns, VIP management, brand partnerships, and digital content creation. 

She has worked with every major luxury group including LVMH (Hennessy, Bulgari, Fresh), Kering (Alexander McQueen), Richemont (Piaget, Cartier, Montblanc), as well as brands under the Estee Lauder Companies and Coty portfolios.

Isabelle Mauviel, Co-Founder

Retail & Distribution

 
 

Isabelle is a retail and distribution expert with a strong track record growing brands’ US operations.

Throughout her career she has conducted more than 300 store openings for luxury and masstige brands, managed P&L for large US subsidiaries, and developed a unique training approach to education and customer service.

After working at large organizations such as L’Oréal, LVMH and American Express in both France and the US, Isabelle became Head of Sales and Development at Palais des Thés USA. She then took on the role of USA Director at Trudon, setting up the subsidiary and managing retail stores, distribution agents, and logistics platforms for the premium candle brand.

In the past years, Isabelle founded her own consulting business in retail and distribution.
